Keith Kinkelaar
Customer Service Manager
As Customer Service Manager, Keith Kinkelaar leads the Marketing Informatics team of CSRs, estimators/planners and the data department. He has nearly 25 years of experience in the printing industry as an estimator, sales representative, project manager and CSR manager.
At Marketing Informatics, Kinkelaar uses his knowledge and experience to lead the team to ensure a high standard of communication with all customers and proactively meet or exceed customer expectations. He is also responsible for assigning new accounts, projecting workflow efficiencies, and utilizing Mi’s quality management system.
Kinkelaar recently received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, he received bachelor’s degrees in both management and marketing from Eastern Illinois University. In his free time, he serves on his homeowner’s association board and will soon be teaching MBA courses at a local university. He and his wife, Jane, are the proud parents of two children.
